A simple microphone clip to eliminate studio clutter.

A simple solution to a simple problem!

Setting up microphones on a drum kit gets cluttered enough. There are so many stands you need to meticulously place around the set to ensure you get the best sounds possible. This clip allows you to place a microphone on your hi-hat stand, keep it out of the way, and makes the results easy to reproduce.

Suitable for 1″ HiHat tubes

This prints out to fit my DW5000 stand, which is a pretty chunky hi-hat tube. If you purchase this and you have a thinner diameter tube, I suggest wrapping painters tape (Frog Tape is my favorite) around the tube a few times until you have a thick enough diameter surface to clip the hi-hat clip to.

Shipping & Info

These are 3D printed clips, made on demand. Colors are random, depending on what color filament I have spooled into the printer at any given time. For custom color options, I’ve added the ability for you to pick what color you like, for a small up charge. It takes approximately 3.5 hours to print a single clip. I try to get these made and shipped out ASAP, but shipping time very much depends on the order backlog. I ship free to the continental US and Hawaii/Alaska, and charge a flat rate internationally.
